- Provide ongoing education to our members to develop cultural competence (awareness/sensitivity, knowledge and skills) that enable us to be effective allies/co-conspirators to marginalized groups
- Engage in racial justice campaigns across the state and nation starting with the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice’s campaign to end youth incarceration in New Jersey through the 150 Years is Enough campaign
- Raise funds to support black-led organizing
